Turnaround/Shipping Time: Made to order 4-8 weeks. Ship via USPS with tracking. We are not responsible for shipping delays.

Product Care: Our jackets are delicate and should be handled with care. We recommend cold water spot cleaning. If necessary, can be cold water hand washed. Dry flat. Do not iron lace.

Exchange Policy: We do not accept order cancellations. We offer a 30-day exchange policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
